Sixteen exclusive interview features. One hundred and fifty-two media hits. Seventy-six million daily views at peak. Two magazine covers.
That is what a year of Blizzard PR in Turkiye looks like.
The coverage wasn't just wide, it was specific. Diablo, World of Warcraft, and Hearthstone each received dedicated editorial attention, with local journalists briefed to speak directly to Turkish audiences rather than simply relay global messaging. That distinction matters more than it might seem. Turkish players know these games deeply, follow them seriously, and the coverage needs to reflect that, not talk down to it.
BlizzCon added another dimension to the year. More than 2,000 concurrent viewers came in through core Blizzard streamers on Day 1, and the Blizzard Celebration Collection giveaways running alongside extended the reach further into the community.
The numbers hold up on their own. What they represent is a year of consistent, well-placed work by a team that understands both the brand and the market it's talking to.
