Yesterday, the energy at Feriye Palace in Ortaköy was unmistakable. The Istanbul step of the Kinguin&Friends series brought together voices from across the globe for a day of meaningful exchange on cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies and the fast-evolving world of eSports. It was a gathering shaped as much by expertise as by the connections made in between the panels.

As setimedia, our role was to make sure those conversations could happen seamlessly. From local coordination to on-site operations, we worked closely with our client and partners to pace the day’s agenda, balance perspectives and create space for genuine interaction. Hosting duties were carried with warmth and clarity by Viktor Romaniuk Wanli, supported by the exceptional Kinguin team led by Elżbieta Różalska. Our frontman, Maciej Sawicki, set the tone early, and the panels gained richness from local voices like Ozgur Guneri, Fatih Guner, Aras Senyuz, Can Gürsu and Alemsah Ozturk, alongside international guests Callum Laing, Kim Rom and Robert Kalbarczyk.

Building a Day Worth Remembering

Behind the scenes, our director Tugbek Olek steered the project with his signature mix of focus and calm, ensuring that every moving part found its place. Our colleague Deniz Görmez was at the heart of the day’s flow, turning countless small details into a smooth attendee experience. It is in moments like these that the invisible work makes the visible moments shine.

The discussions were met with attentive engagement from the audience. Conversations didn’t stop when the microphones were turned off; the hallway exchanges and courtyard debates showed how deeply the topics resonated. By the close of the day, it was clear that Istanbul had not only hosted a stop on a global tour, but had contributed a perspective all its own.

Looking Ahead

We are grateful to our partners for trusting us with this chapter of Kinguin&Friends. Events like this remind us that meaningful connections are built when thoughtful preparation meets genuine dialogue. To everyone who attended, spoke, hosted or helped, thank you for making yesterday more than just an event. Until next time.
