A few days ago, we wrapped up one of the most ambitious international missions we have ever delivered. Together with Bilkent CYBERPARK and TOGED, we organised Turkiye’s official presence at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) and Pocket Gamer Connects San Francisco, creating a platform for ten leading Turkish game companies to connect with the global industry.

Planning, Building, and Leading the Mission

From concept to execution, SetiMedia took full responsibility for making this happen. We managed every aspect of the trip: planning and logistics, travel and accommodation, booth design and construction, on-site operations, media presence, and hands-on consultancy for participants. We also provided training and tailored matchmaking so that every company arrived with the right meetings lined up.

Connecting Turkish Talent with the Global Industry

The programme kicked off on 18–19 March at Pocket Gamer Connects SF, bringing participants face-to-face with publishers, investors, and developers from around the world. It continued 20–22 March at GDC, where our delegation attended sessions, panels, and networking events, while our dedicated B2B area hosted back-to-back meetings with industry leaders. On 21 March, the group visited Unity Technologies’ headquarters, meeting directly with the team to discuss future collaborations.

Measurable Impact, Strategic Relationships

By the end of the week, our ten participating companies had completed 255 B2B meetings with global firms. These conversations were more than introductions, they were the first steps toward long-term partnerships, tailored to each company’s needs and strengths.

We are proud to have played a role in connecting Turkiye’s game developers to the world stage in such a direct and meaningful way. Our thanks go to Bilkent CYBERPARK, TOGED, and every participating company for trusting us to make this mission happen. This was not just a trip to San Francisco, but a statement of where our industry is headed.
